And the verdict is...

That this might yet become beer!

The half-batch of gluten-free beer as of tonight is now is in 21 or so bottles, sitting on the shelf in the back room for the week or two it'll take to carbonate. Then, we'll see if we're on to something here.

It certainly seems promising. A taste tonight initially revealed a brew with a strong cider flavor, of all things (though once I thought about the amount of sugar in it, that made more sense). But a few more sips and a chilled glass showed that, once it ages a little bit, it really could turn out being a nice little beer. Fingers crossed.

Purdy little guy, ain't he?
